Clinical Skin Care

Involves treatment of skin conditions that not everyone has or will experience. The following are a few that affect millions of people. If you are one of them, we are here to help.

A common but poorly understood disorder of the facial skin that is estimated to affect well over 16 million Americans. Its red-faced, acne-like effects wreck havoc on the skin and studies show it can cause significant psychological, social and occupational problems if left untreated. While the cause of rosacea is unknown and there is no cure, help is available that can control the symptoms of this potentially life-disruptive disorder. For best results, individuals should obtain an aesthetic diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan before the signs and symptoms become increasingly severe.

  5. Upper chest
  6. Neck

Removal of these non-cancerous tumors of the skin can be done in our office, most times, in one treatment.

  7. Pimple squeezing

Receiving the proper diagnosis is vital in order to begin to heal from this disease. The struggle is real, and we have been there.

A skin condition that comes from broken capillaries. These tiny veins are small but numerous and while the veins themselves are still there, when they are broken they cannot go back to their original place. The veins cannot repair themselves and overtime can eventually become deep red to purple in color. These tiny veins are ultra-sensitive to skin changes. Since capillaries are closer to the skin’s natural surface, they are more prone to breakage. This means that couperous is not solely affiliated with aging. All it may take is scrubbing the skin too harshly to break these sensitive veins and/or excessive sun exposure. For some, the broken veins will begin to have a spider-like appearance.

With proper knowledge and the correct prescription for care, we can transform a troubled skin into a loved skin.
